BROTHERHOOD OF BONE COLLECTORS SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF FL, NY, AND RI) WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Bushnell Brotherhood of Bone Collectors Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of FL, NY, and RI) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bushnell Corporation (“Sponsor”), Remington Arms Company, Inc., Carhartt Inc., Jordon Outdoor Enterprises, LTD (Realtree AP), Dynamic Sponsorships, LLC., (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, production, advertising, and promotional agencies, vendors, suppliers, agents and participating retailers (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) as well as the immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and household members of each such individual are not eligible. Void in FL, NY, RI and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Grand Prize winner will be required to have a valid driver’s license or proof of identification and will be required to complete an ATF form #4473 (5300.9) at his/her local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License. Additionally, in order to claim the firearms prize, the winner will be required to pass a NICS background check that will be performed at their local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the firearms and ammunition prizes. Grand Prize winner, at his/her sole expense, will be responsible for any fees collected by the retailer to perform these functions. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Central Standard Time (“CST”) on 6/15/09 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on 12/15/09 (“the Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, you may enter this Sweepstakes by one of the following methods:

   1. Online: Visit www.bushnell.com and click on the “Brotherhood of Bone Collectors Tour” icon, banner or test link to be taken to the Sweepstakes page. You will be required to register for the Sweepstakes by providing the information requested. Online entries must be received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59 PM CST on 12/15/09. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
   2. By Mail: Hand print your name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” piece of paper. Mail your entry to: Bushnell Brotherhood of Bone Collectors Sweepstakes, PO Box 702360, Tulsa, OK, 74170-2360. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 12/15/09 and received by 12/30/09.

   Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries for any given day will be void. Sweepstakes entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or mechanically reproduced are void. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for, as the case may be, lost, late or improperly submitted entries.

3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Potential Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 01/20/10 from among all eligible entries received by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery, and / or mail at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded no later than February 15, 2010. The Grand Prize package, if awarded, will include: a professional guide-led deer hunting trip for one (1) where you’ll share a hunting camp with TV show host, Michael Waddell at a hunting destination and time/date to be determined. Prize consists of round trip airline transportation for one (1) from the winner’s nearest major U.S. gateway airport or other location determined by Sponsor. The Grand Prize includes ground transportation to and from hunting location; meals; three (3) nights’ single-occupancy standard lodging; two (2) days of hunting, applicable hunting license and tags (ARV $6,900.00). Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all trip expenses not specified herein as being awarded including, but not limited to, taxes, gratuities, taxidermy, dipping fees, or other charges related to meat processing, preparation and shipping. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change and certain restrictions. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice, at least twenty-one (21) days prior to date of travel. Blackout dates may apply. Winners are responsible for obtaining travel documents and must comply with all security requirements, including the transportation of a firearm. If any portion of prize is cancelled or postponed, the remaining portion of prize will be awarded as complete and final and no compensation will be offered. Grand Prize winner, if any, will also receive; one (1) Bushnell Elite 3200 rifle scope with DOA reticle (ARV: $379.99), one (1) Bushnell Excursion EX binoculars (ARV: $249.99), one (1) Bushnell Scout 1000 ARC laser rangefinder (ARV: $319.99), one (1) Remington model 887 Nitro Mag Waterfowl 12 gauge shotgun (ARV: $529.00), one (1) Remington model 700 XCR 300 Remington Ultra Mag rifle (ARV: $819.00), two (2) cases of Remington 3” magnum 12 gauge Nitro-Steel shotgun ammunition (ARV: $330.60), two (2) cases of Remington 2 ¾” 12 gauge Sure Shot Heavy field load shotgun ammunition (ARV: $182.40), one (1) case of 300 Remington Ultra Mag Core-Lokt centerfire rifle ammunition power level 1 (ARV: $238.30), one (1) case of 300 Remington Ultra Mag Core-Lokt centerfire rifle ammunition power level 2 (ARV: $405.10), one (1) case of 300 Remington Ultra Mag Core-Lokt centerfire rifle ammunition power level 3 (ARV: $458.50), and a Carhartt clothing package valued at $1,500.00, (all of the foregoing collectively referred to as “Grand Prize Package”; Approximate retail value of complete Grand Prize Package is $12,812.87). The depiction of the Grand Prize Package in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual items delivered to the winner. The items shall only be delivered in the continental United States. Bushnell Outdoor Products shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of items and delivery is subject to availability. The winner shall be responsible for all taxes, license, title and registration fees or other costs, including without limitation any travel or transportation costs, associated with winning (provided, however, the Grand Prize Package shall be delivered at no cost to the winner). The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Grand Prize Package after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. The Grand Prize Package will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the applicable Owner’s Guide(s), which warranties shall run for the term set forth in the applicable Owner’s Guide(s). Winners acknowledge that Bushnell Corporation, Remington Firearms Company, Carhartt, Inc., Jordon Outdoor Enterprises, Ltd., and Dynamic Sponsorships, LLC., are not responsible or liable for any property loss or damage, personal injuries or death, or losses or damages of any kind caused by, or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder. Winners shall be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release Bushnell, Remington, Carhartt, Realtree AP, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, production, advertising, and promotional agencies, vendors, suppliers, agents and participating retailers from any liability prior to receiving their prize.

   One (1) first prize is available to be won. First prize, if won, will be a Bushnell Elite 3200 rifle scope with DOA reticle (ARV: $379.99), and a Bushnell Excursion EX binoculars (ARV: $249.99), and a Carhartt clothing package valued at $1,000.00, approximate retail value of First Prize Package is $1629.98).

   One (1) second prize is available to be won. Second prize, if won, will be a Bushnell 3200 rifle scope with DOA reticle (ARV: $379.99), and a Carhartt clothing package valued at $500.00, approximate retail value of Second Prize Package is $879.99.

   One (1) third prize is available to be won. Third prize, if won, will be a Bushnell Excursion EX Binoculars (ARV: $249.99), and a Carhartt clothing package valued at $250.00, approximate retail value of Third Prize Package is $499.99.

   One (1) fourth prize is available to be won. Fourth prize, if won, will be a Bushnell Trail Sentry Game Camera (ARV: $99.95), and a Carhartt clothing package valued at $100.00, approximate retail value of Fourth Prize Package is $199.95.

   Five (5) fifth prizes of a Hoppe’s BoreSnake gun cleaning kit (ARV: $15.99 each) are available to be won.

   Odds of winning any prize listed above depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Sponsor cannot, in any case, be held to award more prizes than those stated in the rules or award prizes other than in compliance with these rules and regulations. All Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operation of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, or other person or entity furnishing service, products, or accommodations as a part of prize provided under this contest, since the Sweepstakes Entities are merely independent suppliers of the contest prizes and are not in any way related to the other suppliers. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of those suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation that is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of those suppliers, (3) by the wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sweepstakes Entities, or (4) by any cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising out of or relating to any prize granted under this contest, even if caused by negligence of the Sweepstakes Entities.

   All prize details not specified herein as being awarded will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. If a winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. In the event that Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner after the third attempt, or in the event a potential winner is unable to or unwilling to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate potential winner or not award the prize. Limit one prize per person or household. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any and all taxes on the prize, and any other costs, fees and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are each winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes returned as undeliverable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

5. GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree (a) to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their participating in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury or death (including any travel or related activity hereto); and (c) if a winner, to the use by Sponsor and its designees of name, likeness, biographical information, city, state and/or photography for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without compensation, notification or permission and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so by Sponsor or its designees, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Grand and First Prize winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility / liability release and publicity release (unless prohibited) along with an IRS form W-9 within time period specified by Sponsor or an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification of winner and forfeiture of the prize.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (a) any telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunctions, or any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) late, lost, illegible, postage-due, incomplete, garbled, damaged, misdirected, undelivered or stolen entries or mail, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes; and (d) reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should any causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the suspect entries received prior to cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners (available after 02/15/10), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by 04/30/10 to: Bushnell Brotherhood of Bone Collectors Sweepstakes Winners, PO BOX 702360, Tulsa, OK 74170-2360.
